In that space, help out your parents and don't moan about being grounded. The more you bring it up, the less they're likely to lessen your punishment. If you can, try to compromise. For example, you will wash up, tidy places etc if you can use the internet for an hour.
Just be sensible about the whole thing and show them you're mature - even if they won't compromise, accept it and it may make things easier in the future.
Now, for things that can take up time, you could:
*Do homework
*Watch films
*Make a scrap book
*Pamper yourself
*Draw/make things
*Read
*Have a clear out in your room
*Do you play any instruments? If so, play them. If possible, learn to.
*Take photographs of things
*Cook/make cakes etc
If you sit and think, there are LOTS of things you can do to occupy yourself.
Hope you have fun! [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]

When I get grounded, I do my homework, hoping the teacher scheduled a lot so I can kill time. I dont read books, I hate reading!!!! But you might want to read, but you can do anything you set your mind to. Exercise in your room. Draw, you could pick up skills. And you could study (haha).
