The school year is coming up, and I want to look great. I'm not a girly girl, but i do wear skirts and some cute things. I feel best in a hoodie and pants tho.
I'm not super skinny, but I have a great body. I do have that tummy that hangs out when I sit tho. I'm 5'5, Taller then most my friends, but shorter then the guys(i have a boyfriend going to college tho.))
So what can I wear??
In my school we're not allowed to have tank tops without anything over it. The straps of our shits have to be two fingers wedith.
I have a thing with shirts. I sweat, but I'm going to wal*mart to buy this stuff.
I Like hollister cloths, but I never pick out super cute things. But This year, I'm trying to go shopping with my friend, and she is truthful about how cloths look.
So good idea right?
Any ideas on what to wear?(pictures maybe)
Now Hair.
I have short hair. To my shoulders. Im use to having long hair. I got my hair cut in May, but I have no idea how to wear it. I have straight hair. So I wear it straight, and I can srunch it. I do the little srunched hair half way up with straight bangs down. Which is cute.
Any other ideas?(maybe a picture of step by step or something to tell you how to fix your hair?)

Alright. So about clothes. I wouldn't really go with Hollister. I love that store.. but I dont know about you, but I like having clothes that others don't. EVERYONE WEARS HOLLISTER. I would try and get some cute clothes from Forever 21 [if you don't have that store, they have an amazing website.. its www.forever21.com]. They have really cute contemporary vintage clothes which is totally in style right now. I suggest getting plain colored t-shirts. Shirts with designs or patterns usually attract to your areas of your upper-half that aren't really in the shape you want them to be. Dress it up with a contrasting color of big beads and maybe a matching headband. For something new, maybe try wearing skinny jeans or distressed ones with maybe flats.
& For hair. If you don't have layers already.. GET THEM. Get shorter ones in the back so it gives that 'teased hair' effect. It looks great on almost everyone. Maybe if you have the right face shape, get side swept bangs. =]

Okay so this may sound strange but i need to ask.
Im white and NOT racist whatsoever. But whenever im describing a person to someone its easy to say he/she is black or white.
But when i say someones black, a part of me inside feels like im sounding racist. Im not sure what to call African Americans in a non-racist nice way.

I am actually white, but my step mom is half african american & I just asked her the same question recently. She said it is the same thing as calling someone white. They don't get offended unless your saying it in a rude way or making it sound as if you are racist. If you are just mentioning it in a description of a person or something like that its fine. Just don't joke about it;; I'm sure you wouldnt since you arent racist.

My earlobe stinks REALLY bad and it's been like that ever since I was born. Now adays, fashion is really big so everyone like shares earrings and and stuff but I don't borrow anyone's or let anyone borrow mine because my ear lobe stinks so bad that when you take it out you can smell it on the earrings really strong and there's like white stuff on it, really gross.
And I have like a large amount of earwax in my ear even though I clean it everyday.
And recently when I sleep on my side (i always do), and when i wake up I can't hear out of the ear I was laying on. why? It's just now

well whats making your ear lobe smell bad is sort of like "puss" that comes out of a pimple or something. this usually means its a little infected or a tad irritated. i would suggest going to Claire's or even sally's beauty and just get a bottle of ear cleaner & use it every night and morning or you can just use hydrogen peroxide.
& for the wax problem, you should look into getting your ears candled. its not too common but it works amazing and gets out all of your infections and wax. you will be able to hear and feel 10x better ; guaranteed. & no it doesn't hurt, it actually feels really calming.

thatr is a virus. whenever it says to do that, check the URL.. its something like melanoma or something idk. but what your doing whenever your retyping your password, it kind of steals it from you and screws up your page, trust me, its happened to me 3 times now.,

No its not love. Love is getting to know eachother on a one on one basis. If you've only talked to him a little, and you only really like him, that right there shows its not love.
Love is like that "that can't eat, can't sleep, reach for the stars over the fence" kind of feeling.
Don't search for love at your age. Trust me, the only way you can get out of it is heartbroken.

Im 13. My best friend Sean, and I have been best friends for a long time. im alot taller and im gothic. What I think he thinks is going on.. is that Sean thinks that you want more than just friends. & I think that scares him probably.
Not trying to be stereotypical, but the typical 'nerd' doesn't usually get much attention from girls. So maybe the fact that a girl that he likes is actually hugging him and paying attention to him, it makes him nervous.
Everyone responds differently to nerves. I usually show mine by being hyper and loud.. while Sean might show his by being shy and quiet.
I think you need to confront him.. whether it is online, in person, or through a note.. I think you need to tell him that your friendship means a lot to you. & Just because you guys know each others feelings for one another, shouldn't affect your friendship.

there are tons and tons of imitation Uggs for probably less than 100. I would try Macy's if you want good quality.. or any other nice department store.

I'm biratial. My mon is black and my dad is white, and I have really curly hair naturally, but I also have a perm. I use oil in my hair so it won't be all frizzy, but it leaves my hair really greasy. I was wondering if anyone knew of any hair products that would work on curly hair to make it less frizzy that dosn't leave my hair oily. (link)

I suggest scrunching your hair with gel. It loosens the curls a litte bit & eaves your hair pretty much frizz-free!

Okay, well I'm 13/f
I just got my period in November so I have only had it 3 times...
I want to use a tampon so bad because it's so much less hastle...
but it hurt...
so I talked to my mom and she said that there is this thing called a "cherry" and that to use a tampon you'd have to break it or else it would hurt too bad. And that some girls break it with a tampon or with sex.. and I know the second one is WAY out of the question... but I'm kinda scared
so if any girl knows what it feels like to break it with a tampon please tell me if it's worth it to wait..

first of all. you can pop your cherry by putting in a tampon.. but its not that likely.
you see, that opening is bigger than you think. A small tampon usually does not break it.
You can pop you cherry all sorts of ways.. from dancing to riding a bike.
It probably is hurting because you are inserting it wrong.
Heres how i do it:
put one leg on the toilet seat and open your legs.
aim for your butt i guess or your back

I shave every 3 or 4 days, it all depends on how fast your hair grows.
I would recommend using shaving cream [make sure you wash it out thoroughly after] & a good razor, not some cheap disposable one. I like using Venus or even better, Intuition.
