Was the latest episode of One Tree Hill "Hundred," The one where Lucas and Lindsay have their wedding? I went onto the CW website and the latest episode is hundred, which I watched. I was gone on spring break, so I don't know if they just didnt play it. So has there been a new one since?

The 25th Amendment was an effort to resolve some of the continuing issues revolving about the office of the President, that is what happens upon the death,removal or resignation of the President or for some reason the President becomes disable that he can not fullfill his responsibilities. The practice had been well established that the Vice President became President upon the death of the President as happened eight times in History.
Seven Vice Presidents had died in office and one had resigned so there for some twenty per cent of US History there had been no Vice President to step up.
Congress finally proposed this Amendment to the States in the aftermath of President Kennedy's assassination with the Vice Presidency vacant and a President who had previously had a heart attack.
This Amendment was passed by Congress July 6,1965 and it was ratified February 10, 1967.
Lyndon Johnson helped the effort to get this Amendment ratified making it Sen. Birch Bayh's bill amoung his legislative priorities.

more about minors.. like since they require less courses and credits, whats the point of them? are they like backup in case you hate your major and you already have some minor stuff in another area so you can switch? whats between that and double majors?
Minors are important if it relates to your Major.
They are not necessary but it would help you gain
more experiences in your future occupations.
If you have a minor that relates to your field of study then you would have an advantage. If you're going to get a minor get one in something that you enjoy.
A Double Major means you take on two seperate majors and receive two degrees.

There are so many groups that focus on protecting animals besides PETA,
American Humane,Mercy for Animals and also SPANA.
The groups that focus on protecting ocean animals are Marine Biology,International Coastal and also HEART.

I have 3 avacado seeds that i have had in water for about 3 or 4 weeks now. I peeled the brown skin off of one, half of the skin off of one and none of the skin off of the other...Does anyone know how long it will take them to start budding so that i can plant them in the dirt? I am changing the water every few days, but i am not pouring it all out cause i want some of the nutrients from the old water to stay in it...is that what i should do? I have never budded seeds before...

In about 2-6 weeks when roots and leaves are well formed the plant is set in potting soil. If the soil is kept fairly moist and the temperature is between 60 and 70 degrees,the seed will begin to sprout and a pretty,leafy plant will develop.When the seedling reaches 12 inches,it should be pinched back to about 6-8 inches to produce a rounder,fuller plant. Avocados grown inside thrive in sun or in a good,lighted location.
Once they've filled their pots up with healthy roots,they should be potted in larger ones. Repotting should be done in the spring. Watering should be done so that the soil never becomes really dry but isn't ever soggy. They should be fertilized with houseplant food every two or three weeks in the summer and about every six weeks during the winter. It's also a good idea to mist the leaves if the air in your home is dry.Potting plants should be moved outdoors gradually,so they can acclimatize themselves and adjust to the new elements.

so i have a friend. lets call her A. so A and i used to be really close. we would go on vacations together and everything. then she started to steal my clothes and whenever i'd find out she would deny it. i know for a fact that shes taken about 6 shirts. and sometimes i would be at her house and i would see something of mine and ask if it was mine and she said that i left it at her house. and i usually dont even go to her house. anyway, we started doing a sport together. after it ended though she always sat with that group at lunch and basically abandoned me and my friends. then i made a team for a cancer walk but i didnt ask her because we barely talked anymore anyway so i didnt think it would matter. then she found out and got really depressed and my other friend made me ask her to be on the team. i asked her to be on it but i dont know what to do about her. i mean, we used to be really close but i cant trust her. help please?
Good friends are so hard to come by especially when you have one an they do a very hurtful thing to you. For one she took your belongings and for two she denied it and for three she put it all on you saying you left an item at her house knowing that you didn't,that is not good at all,you don't want friends like that and even if she admits taking from you and apologizes to you(which would probably not happen)It would be very hard to ever trust her again.
You can not have close friends if they can't be trusted.Friends come and go all the time. You win some you lose some.

It could be his way of showing that he still like you so just talk to him about it so you would know for sure, than that way you would have a better outlook on how he really feels.

hi I'm evana.
and my boyfeiend just broke up with me about 2 weeks ago and until that day I've been noticing that he has been trying to make me jelous by telling me about this girl he thinks is hot. One time we were chatting on aim and he asked me if I was going to the Sadies dance and I told him no,then he was like oh yea,well this girl lily asked me but I didnt respond to her and chloe(the girl he thinks is hot)asked me to the dance too but I didn't think she was serious.
Then all I said to him was oh thats cool,but in my mind I was woundering why he would tell me this stuff.I mean,thats why he has guy friends for,not me,the ex girlfriend. I later found out that the truth was that Chloe never asked him to the dance so that proovs it,he was tryiing to make me jelous rite?
I'm just really confused about him because he told me that he still wanted to be good friends but he hardley even looks at me anymore.It seems like I'm just a wall to him.
I still am inlove with him though that the problem.

Some guys say things about other girls while in a relationship or a break-up,they just want to see a response. This behavior is very disrespectful coming from a guy or a girl. Some people handle break-ups differently,they continue a frienship and some don't. You say he doesn't look your way anymore and that's cool,maybe it's for the better.Sounds like he moved on and believe me there will be more good friends ,true good friends.

I always used to have these bracelets and they were called "surfer" or "sailor" bracelets. They were made of cotton rope or something, and they would shrink when wet. In Florida, I always used to buy them for $1.00. Now I really want one! Where can I buy one?

ok so does anybody know if hammocks that you hang in your bedroom have any specific name? like, i'm redoing my room and i want to put one in, but i don't know what they're called or where to get them.
Hammocks are what they're called they are a hanging bed of canvas or rope netting. At the mention of the word Hammock comes a feeling of relaxation.
Mostly stores that carry outdoor furniture usually sell hammocks. Here's a few, JC Penny,
Sears,Lowes and the Hammock Company.

Difference between tank tops and camisoles? theres so many names for different kinds of clothing and is it just me or do lines get blurred? I don't have a good example on me, but is there a site somewhere that tells you all the different types of shirts and etc?
A "Cami" short for Camisole used to be an article of underclothing but now it is an outergarment.
A Cami has a straight across top with straps.
A tank top is sleeveless,scoopnecked usually knit top.

I have a guy friend who has dated my best friend off and on.Her and him still talk like nothing ever happened between them. My guy friend lets call him S, has a weird friendship with me. He acts like he's my best friend when we are on the phone or not around a big crowd. But when we are with a group for example sitting down at lunch together (which is everyday except for when he has lunch detention or is absent he tells me to sit by him) he jokes about me,says bad things about me & talks about things that he knows & everybody else knows isn't true then I end up cussing him out. Then people are like how can you be friends with him & do that stuff. So its like we can only be friends around each other and only each other. Yesterday he told me I was his best friend that was a girl. And I am thinking are you serious which I knew he was. So should I #1 when we have lunch tomorrow not talk to him or sit near him but with a different group of people. #2 continue treating him the same & just act like nothings happening. #3 talk to him about the way he treats me. #4 none of the above if you choose this give an explanation. AND THE BIG QUESTION is he my true friend. PS is this signs of him liking me even though I don't date my bff's exes
As you know all people are not the same and it's very hard to try and change some but if he talks to you on the phone and everythings A-ok then you deserve the same respect from S, when you're around others. Yes #3 talk to him about the way that he treats you and that you demand respect at all times,let him know how you feel and if this is a sign that he likes you he is definetly going about it the wrong way. In life always demand respect..

I am wondering how to tell the guests invited to my shower not bring their children. I am having it at a very nice tea room that is not child proof. There are no acomodations for young children either. What should I say and where should I say it?
Just be Direct by saying "Sorry No Accomodations, No children allowed"
Say it at the bottom of the invitation.
It is your Baby Shower so this is what you expect,
