when you're multiplying 2 numbers with a exponent do u multiply the 2 numbers and then square that or square only the number the exponent is over and then multiply by the other number. -2(-1) with a 2 over the -1

(3x2)^2= you multiply the 3 and teh 2, then square it
3x2^2= You square 2 then multiply by 3.

im 16 in high school this year we had a new history teacher.im dislexic and he always picks on me about it and sends me out of every lesson since september.for reasons that are pathetic like asking questions too loudly.on friday he sent me out of the lesson within 3 minutes.i dont know what to do,i like the subject its interesting but im thinking of dropping it because of the teacher.what shall i do?shall i drop it?pleese reply asap (link)

alright, i'm dislexic as well. your teacher has no right to pick on you BECAUSE of that. He can't just send you out of the room for no reason. Go to your vice principal, or your prinicipal. if that doesn't work, go to your superentendent, go to your mayor. he can't descriminate against you for something that you can't help
Theres a teacher at my high school that odes the exact same thing because hes a control freak. The only reason people don't do something about it, is because daddy dearest of his IS the viceprincipal.
I suppose you could drop the subject. Try and get it with another teacher next semester.

i had the same problem. the units told me no way, but instead they just surprised me with it.
just hint, OFTEN! maybe do a few extra chores around the house and stuff, and when they complain about how they didn't know where you were, or they didn't know when to pick you up, just say, well if i had a cell phone, this wouldn't be a problem.

nah, instead tell him your parentle units are really pissed that your getting calls at 4 am (even if its on ur cell if you've got one). just be like i really care about you to, so you don't need to worry about where i am. i wouldn't do anything to hurt you.
He see that you care about him too, and he'll lay off. just don't yell at him, cuz then you'll break his heart.

if you can handle it, just ignore them, because if you defend yourself, they'll see that it gets to you and continue, even after they forget what you did. and you also wouldn't want to say something you regret, like that you didn't do it, because then well your doomed as a liar and a bitch and all sorts of other things. people will make up worse rumors, like you're pregnant or something with stuff you "said" back at them because you were angry with them.

I'm in my early twenties. I was raped as a teenager and never told my parents. Should I ever tell them? If they knew, they might be able to understand me better (I've got some psychological issues) but I don't want to upset them - if they knew, they'd be so so sad and would probably feel like it's their fault somehow. Depression is caused by a chemical inbalance that you can't control. It's not wrong to be depressed. There are medications you can take but they have to be prescibed by a doctor.
To make yourself feel better, find something you love to do, and hold on to it with all your might.
