uhh it makes me so mad. i have lost almost 10 pounds and ALL of it went from my boobs.i normally have a full D and now i can hardly even fill up my D! is there anyway i can lose fat in other places? please please help. thanks in advance

Do situps for your tummy, believe me it works

Run to tone your legs.

If you want to lose some in your thighs, try doing squats.

There is so many excersizes you can do but running is really essential!

Yep it is.
You'll have to keep going back and shaving it as soon as hair grows there though because it will grow back really thick

oook, i'm the girl that asked you how to get the scrolling pictures on a web site, well i tried it and i got the scroll bars and everything...but my pictures won't show up for some reason. i used the thing you suggested about the images...but it still won't work...and i did change the ( ) to < >...so yea i still don't know! please help!

My 16 year old female best friend is dating my 17 year old male cousin who just moved in with her because of family problems! I am okay with all of this but I am not okay with the fact that they have been having sex for over a year now. The problem is she hasn't had her monthly since May, but she hasn't been sick or anything. Is it true that having a lot of sex can mess up your monthly? Sorry this is such a long question but I need help:

Ok my grandma died in April but why am I still crying about her? Every little thing about her makes me cry. None of my family members are crying anymore. She has been close to all of us and will always be dear to my heart. She came in her little cart because she couldn't walk just to see my sister play a softball game. She died so suddnely. She died at a Grizzlies game and that was the best place for her to die. How do I stop crying and thinking about her everytime I hear her name or think about her?

Well I can tell that your grandma made a huge impact in your life, unlike me i didnt know my grandparents that much.

Maybe you should do something that'll take your mind off of it.

You just have to think that she isnt coming back and be strong and know that you were lucky to have her for the time you had her.

It's hard losing a family member, it feels weird knowing that you're never going to see them ever again, but soon enough time will heal your wound

I really think my life is worthless. I'm nothing special and i feel like such a waste. The only person who i can talk to, who keeps me going, who i have spent 3 years of my life being dedicated to, and loving .. could care less about me. I

f i can't have him i don't want any body else. I feel no point in living. I truely love him and he's the only reason i get up in the morning. Yeh i feel the same way. It sucks to feel like a person you care about sooo much doesnt feel the same way. I hate it.

But I've met new people and I've become friends with people i care as much about as I do that person that doesnt feel the same way I do.

You just have to be patient which is a very hard thing to do and if you still feel like you are worthless..try talking to your friend and ask him straight out. What do you think of me?

It is really hard but it helps a great deal.
