what can i say beside "sorry" to make my friend forgive me for lying to him??? can some one help me please???? i really need to talk to him again but he will not listen to me and he will not even look at me any more!!! i cant take it!!! i really want him back as a friend!!!! thanks to anyone that can help me! and see i didnt mean to lie to him thanks anyway! i have a big project im required to complete..and i was basically told that i should base it on something im passionate about. thing is i dont think im passionate about anything. and im no expert in anything. i was thinking of organizing a twister tournament, that woulld raise money for hospice. this project is completely open-ended, but the twister im afraid id get bored and quit or fall behind... it doesnt sound that interesting. any suggestions/thoughts about what i should do? ok well there's this guy and he likes me and 3 of my other friends and he's obsessed w/ me and i don't mean to sound conceited but its so annoying and all he talks to me about is how hot i am and one of his favorite lines to say online is "you love me wut?" and he always does this and he's always like "i want you hardcore on the bathroom in the shower" and stuff like that and its really sickening and i want him to stop..but i mean he's one of my friends..and i hate when he does that..and he's just the most annoying person ever..and i'm sick of him saying that stuff..but i don't know how to say it..how should i tell him that he's so annoying and i want him to stop saying that kind of stuff to me..? my best friend has done "things" with a guy that i never thought she would do i mean shes only 14 and i have known her for about 8 years and she has never done anyhting like this before...i know its like none of my buisness to what she does but i just dont know what to say to her or what to think of her anymore...what do i do??? I'm 13 and I had high cholesteral since I was 3. My parents aren't exactly cooks and we always eat food made from instant and frozen foods. I'm skinny, but still I need to exersice, but I'm too lazy because the food I eat isn't giving me enough energy. Any suggestions on how to be healthier? (link)

My advice, ease your selfinto a work out routine, start off lite, then each week increase it a little, your body will eventually get used to it, also, try eating fruits, have your parents buys a few apples or bananas---Spike---
