There are some people I've known practically all my life and I have always considered my friends, best friends even! But lately I don't really know what to think, they always do things without me, they never call to hang out anymore, it's like they forget I'm here unless I make the plans, which if I do that they have often lied and said they had to do other things when really they didn't. I really do not want to stop being friends with them, I don't know what to do!!!!

i've been in this situation before. you have to talk to your friends and ask them if there is anything wrong. sometimes the problem is that you aren't in a very good mood and they don't want to be around you alot anymore or maybe the problem is they don't think you are fun. you may not think the problem is you but you might want to ask them if you are doing something wrong to make sure you aren't the problem. i don't know if this is making sence but the point is to just talk to them.

Cutting yourself is quite common in the teenage world. Sometimes there is a reason and sometimes there isn't. Some people even cut themselfs for attention. You can't tell the guy to stop because it is his choice. you can however get him help. My friend was a cutter and she got caught and was sent to a mental hospital and when she came back after about 2 months she was healed. tell a teacher or parent and they will get him help.

You can believe what you want but i personally am a believer. I'm not going to force you to learn about god but you should try going to church. going to a youth group is a fun way to meet new friends and learn about god at the same time. a life without god is not a healty life. if it weren't for god you wouldn't be alive today. try the youth group idea and you might find an interest in god and you will live a hapier life.

okay last year my dad got married to this girl and was all totally stressing. Today their still married and hes still totally stressing all the time. She freaks out at him over nothing and thats wierd cause' she only talks when shes mad at people. One time my dad paid for one semester of my brothers college and she flipped and carved a.s.s. into the side of his car. She has 3 kids ages 2,4,and 6 and my dad is always watching them while she does 'other things' which none of us know what they are... On the way to my dads wedding my brother and I had to seperate them bcuz they were in a huge fight and the day after their wedding she got mad at me for forgetting to tell her there was a message on the anwsering machine and she called my own mom a really bad word that i wont put on here.. Anyone know why my dad isnt like trying to fix this or something? Im sure my dad knows how much this sucks.. What can I do??

It sounds like your dad is afraid of your step mom. She can't come into your family and take over your dad. he needs to stand up for himself. And if anyone ever called my mom a bad name they wouldn't ever be talking again. You don't want your dad to be divorced again but sometimes thats the thing to do if he is suffering.

If you havn't told your friend that you liked him for 3 years yet then there is nothing you can do about it now. You don't want to break up their relationship because that makes you look like a bad person. Don't make conflict about the situation. If you can't stand seeing them together then don't hang out with them while they are together. Hang out with your friend separatly. Don't break them up if they have something special.

Getting high doesn't help you calm down... you just think it does because you can't control yourself when you are high. You need to cut down day by day. don't stop all at once because that could mess with your mind. But you don't want to stick to it and turn out like Ozzy Osbourne. He might sound like a cool person but his life is screwed up and he is stoned for life. Don't ruin your life. you have many years before you. Don't blow it.

first of all... what kind of "stuff" do you want to do? if its movies or going to the mall i can't understand why you are upset but if it is going to a big party with older kids then thats something you should wait a while for. Your parents have to protect you and as long as you are 13-14 you can't go out doing whatever you want. You need limits. talk to them if its simple stuff like mall with friends and give them a reason to trust you.

I've been really good friends with this one girl for nearly my entire life (I'm a girl too btw) and I've always considered her my best friend; however, she's never been very nice to me. She's not a very nice person at all actually. We may have had laughs and great memories together, but as long as I've known her she's always done incredibly bitchy things to me. She would give me something for my birthday and then take it back and give it to her bf. She's stolen the guy I liked right infront of me (and whenever I'm around she calls him on her cell just to make me jealous), she invites all of my best friends to her parties so they won't come to mine telling them that if they go to mine instead of hers that she won't be friends with them anymore... she constantly complains about how stupid I am... and other things like that too. I know that she's not a good friend, and I admit that I don't like her at all anymore! but she thinks that I'm her best friend... and it makes me sad to look back at all the things that we've gone through together. I can't just stop being friends with her can I? We've been "best friends" for over 11 years now! I don't know what I should do. If I told her that I don't like the way she acts I have the feeling that she'll punch me in the face because she's done that before... what should I do? (link)

first off all we applaud you for dealing with someone like that for 11 years! if my best friend treated me like that i wouldn't be able to deal with it! but now i'm afraid its time to break off the friendship... if she changes over time thats when you can hang out with her again.. for now just ignore her and if she trys to talk to you just don't answer and if she tries to punch you then you let her be the bad person and she will be punished for her actions. just tell her straight up that you don't need to be treated like that.

FLIRT!!! but most importantly be yourself. DOn't be someone your not because then you will just be in a akward relationship. Let him know that you are into him not neseccarily by telling him but by showing it. Its all about timing. If he is one of your friends then there shoudln't be a problem with yall getting along. show him how you really feel and don't keep your feelings to yourself or you will regret it.

If you are Trish are really good friends then you shouldn't let a guy come between you. You may like the same guy but that doesn't mean you need to fight over him. When me and my friend liked the same guy in 8th grade we made a deal that neither of us would go out with him because that would ruin our friendship. Your friends will be there forever, your boyfriend may not be.
