I'm a breakfast, lunch, dinner type of girl. I try not snack inbetween, but I find that many times, after lunch, a few hours before dinner, I am SO hungry...does anyone have some really nutritious snacking ideas? (link)

Your body often tells you you're hungry when infact you're only just thirsty. Try drinking water and if it still doesn't go away, carrot sticks and celery sticks with cottage cheese (is it called that in the states?) is great! :O)

okay so who knows of a good pill to clear up your face..i'm talking mild breakouts that are always there..nothing horribly severe but they dont go away. (link)

Drink loads of mineral water to flush out all the toxins from your skin. The contraceptive pill is good as it contains the hormones to balance the oils etc. And just so you know, junk food and chocolate make no difference!! :o)

Atkins and excercise but be careful. It's a diet not a life plan! Don't follow it for more than a month. After switch to a healthy balanced low fat diet.
Good luck :o)

Ok well i wanna pierce my belly button but my parents won't let me. So, i'm gonna do it myself. What are some good tips for piercing your belly button and wut type of needle do ya need...thnx a bunch (link)

Don't do it yourself. BOTTOM LINE. I wanted my navel pierced for years and finally had it done just over 2 years ago. It was done properly in a salon, sterilised needles and it was frozen with spray and it was still quite painful. I can't imagine if you did it yourself. As for infection, I cleaned mine everyday as I was told with savlon spray and tea tree oil and it still got infected. Luckily because I had my piercing at a reputable parlour they had an "after sales care" service so I went back and they sorted it. I know we never want to hear it but our parents have these rules for a reason. Maybe you can get some leaflets or info on piercing and educate them. Or make a compromise with them. You keep your room tidy for a month? Walk the dog every day? Help without being asked. Parents can be quite easy going once you've built up a trust!!
