my eyesight used to be really good until i started reading a lot and so my eyes were in the light a lot and now they're pretty bad. i can barely see people walking down the hall. i have glasses, but i don't like them at all, and once you start wearing them a lot, you get dependent on them, and you can never not wear them. right now i can still see people in front of me and stuff, and i don't wanna have to start wearing contacts every day and not be able to see without them. does anyone know anything i can eat or any exercises for the eyes i can do to make my eyes get better? or anything? no surgery. please help i'll rate high! Is wearing a skirt while you have a period okay? Also, do I necessarily have to wear a tampon or could I wear a pad (bc I hate tampons). Its a white skirt. Or should I just wait till my periods gone ( 4 more days probably ) Thanks for advice! (link)

Here is my problem I have known this guy for eleven years and I have liked him more then a friend but I haven't talked to him in five years. I heard from his sistr that he joined the army in 02 and I have been trying to get a hold of him because he is in Iraq. But I don't know what should I tell him when I write him a letter because I am afraid if I tell him that I like him more then a friend that he won't want to be anything more then a friend so what should I do. Hey I had my period for the past 2-3 years now. Now that I'm getting oldr and going out with more people I have started to use tampons. Thats not the problem, I get them to go in, but it hurts like an ubbearable pain. When I get it all the way up it feels like it is rubbing against something, like it is trying to break threw it. (it can't be my cherry I'm not a virign) My friend said to make it hurt less she put vasaline on the of the tampon and it went in fine. So my question is should I try the vasaline thing, or is there something wrong?

I had the same problem, but then i tried tampax pearl. so try those, and if you have the same problem your probably using to big of a tampon or pushing it up to far

I know for a fact that when it comes to math, I'm pretty slow. Today was the first day of school, and I have a math assignment but I'm very confused. It's a fraction paper. One side was really easy for me but this side I'm just not getting.
-1 1/4 + -2 1/2 =
I keep getting -2 1/4, but there's a list of answers (in a different order) at the side of the paper, and my friend told me the answer was 3 3/4.
Can someone help me with this problem? I don't seem to understand what I'm doing wrong.
