eyesight

Question Posted Sunday September 25 2005, 10:37 pm

my eyesight used to be really good until i started reading a lot and so my eyes were in the light a lot and now they're pretty bad. i can barely see people walking down the hall. i have glasses, but i don't like them at all, and once you start wearing them a lot, you get dependent on them, and you can never not wear them. right now i can still see people in front of me and stuff, and i don't wanna have to start wearing contacts every day and not be able to see without them. does anyone know anything i can eat or any exercises for the eyes i can do to make my eyes get better? or anything? no surgery. please help i'll rate high!

There's really nothing you can do except wear your glasses for when you really need them if you don't want to become dependent.
