So my friend told me that if you eat bread crusts, it helps making your boobs grow. And I was like, Nu uh. Because there isn't like a main food that makes your boobs grow right? Well also! I was just curious, like how do your boobs grow anyways? I'm 14/f, and I'm about a B cup I think. But how do they grow? something about tissue right? I think eating bread crust is just a myth so don't rely on that. There is an exercise you can do, put your hands in front of your breathing area and put your hands in the position of praying. Put your elbows out and push your hands together really hard then do this repeatedly. You're only 14 and your boobs are still growing and boob size is usually genetic. Although, I am a C cup and my mom is an A so it doesn't really run in my family. lol

okays well im 14/f. i have been in alot of guy drama lately. i just got over this one guy i liked alot but hes a huge jerk. and then i met this other guy, but i found out hes a huge flirt and goes out with every girl he can get. so theres two guys in a row. then i stared talkin to this new guy. hes really nice and sweet. we talk alot, i just started hanging out with him not to long ago. hes not that cute, like the other two guys i dated before. they were really cute but both jerks. i dont think i have feelings for either of them anymore. im thinkin aobut likeing this new guy, i think he likes me back, but idkk what to do???? help please.

You say that this new guy is really nice and sweet then I say go for it. Looks aren't everything and most guys who have the better looks are jerks and the not so cute guys have more to offer than the pretty boys.

You might me alergic to it so I don't recomend using it again but try useing a good body scrub, thats like really gritty, make sure you scrub it in good where the bumps are.

so im 15/f.
most of my friends dont smoke. but most of my boyfriend (who lives 30 mins away) friends do smoke and has asked me to try it before but i said no. my mom and brother smoke and sometimes i dont mind the smell depending on the brand. my boyfriend is against smoking and said he'd never do it. and i told him i never would either. but for some reason i want to try it. and i hope you dont judge me for that.i just dont want to get addicted or have my boyfriend be disapointed or angry. i talked to his friends who smoke and they say i wont get addicted by just trying it once. i think i wont like it but i just want to know. i know most of you will say not to do it. but i'd just like a 2nd opinion. thank you and please dont judge me. I'm not judging you. My ex-bestfriend is a heavy smoker and it all started with her just wanting to try it then she got hooked. It is a nasty habit and hard to quit. Please don't, it's not a pretty thing. A lot of people try smoking but don't get addicted to it but why take the chance? It's your life and your decision, I just hope that you don't make the wrong one.

You might have done something to your muscle or bone or maybe something else. Make an appointment with a doctor and have it checked out. Or of you're still in school (you didn't say your age so I don't know) then ask your school nurse about it.

i never really have bad ance but lately its been realllly bthering me and ive got more then usual and whenever i get pimples it the ones that hurt really bad that are under the skin and dumby me i pop them and make them 43245x worse. whats a way i can get rid of pimples? i use acne products but nothing seems to work. neithe does tooth paste.

Alright, I'm well aware that teens go through different confusing stages. They're unsure of themselves, they get depressed..blah blah. But what if I actually thought I had some kind of mental disease? What if I read about it and found the symptoms to be true in my case.? Like..I've found myself to be bulimic, depressed, anxious..all those things. But how can I tell if it's true or not and not just one of those "teen" things. Because my mother won't even listen. She brushes it off and says its just another teen emotion and stage.

Go to a doctor and tell them about it and they will do whatever they need to and tell you if it is really an illness or a "stage". If your mom is in denial then she probebly wont take you. Try calling in an appointment and going yourself or have someone else take you.

My personal guess would be because everyone has a different and unique smell so that probably makes perfume smell different on different people. But, I'm not a scientist so don't think that's the right answer. haha.
Here are some answers that found on Google.

I know how you feel. I've felt like that many times before. Try talking to your best friend and do what you can to get her to be friends with you again. Until then try making new friends. Just start talking to new people and spend more time with your family so life isn't so terrible.

In some religions it's "not right" to marry someone of a different race. But love doensn't know race or color. It's not really a sin to marry a black person. Some people see it as one though.
