ok I have been watching this show called "High School Confidential" and of the one's I have seen everyone of them has said how they learned so much about themselves during the 4 years and they discovered who they really are...
So I was wondering for those of you who are out of high school: did you find yourself during high school...or learn things about yourself? and for those who are still there: do you think that you are learning things about yourself?

im still in highschool. im a junior and when i started freshman year i had ALL these plans but yes as time passes by you change, mature, and thinqs just dont go the way you plan them half the time. i am learning things about myself because highschool, or any school in general puts you through things. fights, frustration, responsibilities, learning right from wrong, maiing wise choices. its all about good moral values because in the blink of an eye one decision can change your plans. good luck =] im sure you'll enjoy because it's one interesting trip!

well, its human nature for everyone to get horny. but some people abuse this and go for it. so if you see that he's making the first move and even if u tell him to stop he keeps going, maybe constantly says thing to incinuate he wants to have sex, sometimes they look to see that you enjoy them touching you and whatnot (sexually). theres no exactly sign but if you guys get to the point where its close and intimate and he won't stop he might call you a tease but thats just him getting mad because you're not trying to be like some girls that give it up easily. g0od luck and hope u find the right respectful guy

My boyfriend is on restriction for 5 weeks. Thats not that bad but he will call me on sunday and be like " I miss you I want to see you at school monday" and then he turns around and ignores me at school. i have a wierd looking nose as well and i wouldn;t blame you for being self concious. people do notice, but eventually they learn to see you for wo your are no matter how big wide bumpy or skiny your nose may be. people will tend to focus on the positive things about you more than the bad. so0 jus be confident and show them theres more to what meets the eye . hope i helped

My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 5 months now. I usually don't do the whole "relationship" thing because I get bored easily and I use to be a really big flirt; which by the way I couldn't help. Please help if you can... Lately I hate myself. I hate who I am and everything I do. Everyone sees me as a happy person who loves her life, but inside I'm torn apart. I cry nonstop anymore when I'm alone. Everything in my life goes wrong. The one person who I always trusted to love me and like me for me unconditionally(ie MYSELF) ... has given up on me. Yes..I've given up on myself. One of my best friends moved away a few months ago... she never let me know how to get ahold ofher... I just gave her my number and she said she'd called me... haven't heard from her since. Now my absolute best friend is moving. I don't know how I'm going to live without her. She's the only person who has every believed in me. After she leaves I don't know what I'll do. I just feel like killing myself anymore... And I can't even do that right... because I'm so afraid of die ing that i couldn't do it. I have a feeling this is what depression is... which is what my mother suffers from. She just tells me not to tell anyone, because they will just want to give me pills. I told her I was thinking of killing myself and she just said no youren ot... I don't know what to do. wow mama keep your head up. you are not alone and it's something common. crying isn't bad, but i you're crying everyday non stop someone has to put a stop to it b/c it's not fair for someone to suffer. about your best friends, sometimes things happen. if she was your real friend she'd be in contact with you even if it was over AiM or something. i dont understand why she wouldn't want to contact you. and about your other bestie moving, jus try to make a pact that you guys will alwaysz keep in touch. sometimes you have to let things go and if it comes back you already know (took that from a song hehe) but its very true. dont give up on yourself, i bet you have something to live for. especially your mom who needs you. life as a teen is so overwhelming which is why im understanding the position that you're in. i suggest that if you have any REAL trustworthy friends that you talk to them, those around you are the ones who can support you. and they need to understand you're human and have your days where you're not happy and cheery. its human nature to get mad sad hyper etc. just reach out for someone. a friend close to you whom is not moving possibly? hope everything works out mama and my inbox is always open

have you ever heard of the saying "big things come in small packages"? well thats it. sometimes you have to look beyond the way a person looks or stereotypical opinions and accept a person for who they are. sometimes the cute boys that are too good to be true are the one's who will cheat on you and break your heart not caring. not all but some. i suggest you look into those "nerdy wierd" guys and see what they have to offer you. who knows, you might grow to love him. and as far as the whole showing off thing, it doesnt matter what he looks like. okay, looks count but its not supposed to be superior as to personality. because your friend can have a handsome boyfriend, but you can have the boyfriend who will always be there for you and love you for who you are, regardless of anything, and she will be jelous of you for having that. looks arent everything mama, so0 just keep your options open and try not to be so shallow no offense. good luck
