AH! well the key here is building muscle.
Try running or working out at a local gym and even if you cannot attend a gym try lifting smaller weights and gain lean muscle!
Also try eating foods high in protein such as chicken.

Well for the guy that doesnt let him date, give it time! His parents should lighten up about it soon for sure! I just got my period today. It sucks because these cramps are killing me and I feel like I want to die. What can I do so the cramps don't hurt as much? I know they sell pills or medicines or something but I don't know where they sell them or what they are called. Any excersizes or something I can eat? The only thing I know about is a heating pad, which I'm already using and it's helping a little bit, but not much. Any help would be appreciated.

Ahh , well the moto is to never give up.
But if shes not showing any interest , make her show interest. For example, have one of your friends invite her to the mall or movies with a group and get closer to her then leave her wanting more!

I wouldnt tell everybody that your not prude because then they may be taking advantage.
Let your boyfriend know that your not willing to
do things with just anyone.Also make sure he's nice to you, and he isnt just concerned about being prude. So talk to him about that and he probably will be very understandable!

What I would do , is stay friends with both of them for a while and give each of them the hint you like him , but wait long enough to be able to pick between them ! The key here is giving it time.

Hey , I had the same problem!
What I did was move on , and i was SOOO much happier! When you fight with someone often you might not realize that if you fight with them , they might not be worth liking!
So stay away from him and try finding another guy.
But try and still be friends with him becuase its never good to hate someone!

Ok so my mom liked this guy 'Ryan' but then something went wrong, nothing big though. Now she likes this guy 'Bill'. Hey your mom has been divorced for 12 years that means she wants to settle down.She might like this guy ryan but maybe ryan isnt what shes looking for.Just because he stays until 10:00 doesnt mean hes spending the night.Give him a chance and maybe youll be susprised.

i have a friend who has scary dreams..really scary dreams and he told me about one that one of his close family member got cut and the next day found a cut on her arm.hes really getting scared and doesnt want to tell anyone else about this ive told him to tell a parent but hes only told me.and i dont kno how to help him ive told him all i kno about telling somone who can help but he doesnt want to.

Many people who have dreams like that should deffiently see a physciatrist or a theropist to talk about their dreams and effects. Also, another way to prevent things like that , is to not think about things like that. Tell him to think about different stuff then he's usually been thinking about , it can deffinetly change!
