My goal weight is 135-140

I swim 2 and 1/2 hours everyday and lift weights everyother day. My diet thing is basically just eating healthier. If i keep eating healthy and eating low fat stuff about how long will it tak eme to reach my goal wieght?
Depending on how much weight your trying to loose because gaining weight takes time my fitness teacher said it takes months and months through the process because if you do it healthy you'll get healthy results because not eating anything and straving yourself can do big damage to your body and health because it can cause you to get anerexia an bolimina and that is a disease where either you eat and throw it up later or eat very little and starve....
I think you should exercise regurally and do crunches and push ups everyday and drink lots of water and get lots of protein because then you will be gaining muscle and loosing access fat
dont eat fatty and greasy foods sometimes even cutting back on salads with dressing because ranch dressing and some dressing are high in calories and cholestrol...
so it might take a while but i know you will love your new body

I have Ortho Tri Cyclen lo birth control. It's been going good for me, and everything, but I have two questions about it:
1) Does it SERIOUSLY help treat acne? In my experience it just worsens it. But I have been hearing from websites it should help it. Is this like a side effect from me using it for just a month, or does it just vary by person?
2) Also, there are like two yellow dots on the refill on day 1 and day 14 I think. What are those? And what is its purpose for being there?

my hair is naturally rather curly. i hate trying to curl it with an iron cuz i like the wet/scrunched look better. if i try to scrunch it straight out of the shower it turns into a big mess and i look like a poodle. so usually what i do is wear it straight one day [i wash my hair every other day] and then wet my hands and run them over my hair so its a LITTLE wet and then scrunch it. however this still gets it way curlier than id like [my hair curls easily obviously] so is there a way i can make it look more wavy then curly and still have it have that wet-ish look?

I'm 14/f and I really need to know how to get rid of this excess belly fat! It's hard for me to go outside everyday and exercise, like jog or walk, because the weather here is always changing. I do about 200 crunches everyday, but it doesn't seem to be working. I DO eat healthy and have a healthy eating lifestyle.
