So summers coming up and I really want to look good in my bathing suit. What are some tips so that I can lose some belly fat and feel confident this summer. Help! :)

Well, it's really important to eat healthy, do cardio, and do simple exercises.
Take away the fatty foods in your diet and eat more fruits and vegetables. Also try not to eat passed 830/9 pm because your stomach need to digest all the food from the day until you wake up the next morning.
Cardio is important. If you have a step master or an olyptical at home or at the gym, you should go on that for 20-45 min.
You also need to exercise your abs.
I've been getting into a good routine, and I find it a lot easier when you do it with a friend. So ask someone to do it with you!

so im trying to figure out what to get my boyfriend for valentines day. we have only been going out for about 2 months. he already got me chocolates and im supposedly getting something in the mail on the day and he says he has a card for me. but i have no idea what to get him. i asked his friend and he suggested a hat or a card for his psp but it just didnt seem romantic. im just undecided im not sure what to do. if you need to now how old we are we are both 21. we do not drink so please do not suggest anything with alcohal. please and thank you!!!!! I got my boyfriend a Van Halen t-shirt (his favorite band) and a jar of red and silver hershey kisses with little notes in it with reasons why I love him.

The best thing for you to do is take the initiative. You need to start a conversation with the people at your table. If you just wait for them to talk to you, you will probably be disappointed. Say your opinion or ask questions. Once you start putting yourself out there people will starting talking to you.
Also you don't need to limit yourself to your table. I'm sure there are a bunch of other girls who feel the same way as you. Having a guy best friend is not bad thing either.

im with the most perfect guy. ive finally found someone who loves me for who i am.someone i can tell anything to but its like i have some sort of depression.soemtimes ill be soo bubbly with who.the person who i am but on soem days ill be excited to see him but when i do im emotionless.ill feel nothing for him.ill be numb.i want that to go away but i dont know how to be happy.when im like that ill say things to him that hurt him.i wont care about his feelings but when i leave him ill miss him.grrr how do i be who i am,the nice person that i know myself to be instead of that horrible mean person when im with him?? I think it's great that you think this guy is perfect for you. If you know that he loves you for who you are, you don't need to worry about anything when you're around him. You need to breath and relax and just be yourself. If you're nervous that can also be a good thing because he takes you out of your comfort zone. But you need to learn how to break that barrier. Tell him things you wouldn't normally tell him and be completely honest. If you can't truly express yourself around him, he may not be the best guy for you.

If you're planning on selling your honda, then you should do it now so you will get more money off of it than you would next year, and it can go towards your new car.

in july i will be taking a plane to new orleans. ive only been on a plane once before when i was ten, and i was terrified.
recently there have been a lot of planes crashing and i just heard about a pilot dying on board.
im starting to really worry myself, and i was just wondering if there was anything i could do to chill myself out?
i worry way too much and this plane thing is seriously starting to stress me out majorly.
any advice?

the chances of something going wrong during your flight is very slim. The only reason you're paranoid is because you only hear about the bad things that are happening. Thousands of flights are going around the world as we speak, but if one thing goes slightly wrong, people assume that it will happen to them as well.
my dad is a pilot and was for several years and nothing bad has happened to him. he tells me that there's a greater chance of getting in an accident in a car than on a plane. so trust me, just sit back, relax, and enjoy the view :)

Hi! So yes, I'm guessing by the title you probably know, but I am one of those crazy obsessive teenagers that love Twilight. I was just wondering if anyone knows of some other good books about vanpires. I'm 15 and I've been getting my period for about four or five years now and I've always used a pad. Now, I really want to try using a tampon but I'm scared and paranoid. Does it hurt when you put it in the first time? What if the string breaks? And any other advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated! (link)

im 15 too and i just started using tampons the other day!.. so dont worry youre not alone. my friend helped me become not paranoid.
first of all make sure youre relaxed.
and make sure youre sitting on the toilet normally. and when you insert it go directly upward. it doesnt hurt at all, and if it does, change the angle a little bit.
when the end of the top part of the tampon is pretty much in then you push it up.
after that, just stand up and make sure you dont feel it. it may feel weird just knowing you have a tampon in (i felt that way for the next few days) but just know that its not going anywhere and its secured by a wall of muscles and bone.
in the beginning i waited around 3-4 hours before changing it, but youll know if you leak a little (where a pantyliner)
and just from my opinion, i like tampax sport the best. its slim and very easy to use. its prob not much different from the others out there but it works for me :) good luck, let me know how it goes!

no, you do not need the remote..
one of the buttons says "alarm set".. hold that down and then use the right scroll to adjust the time for the alarm. then press alarm set to save it.
you can change what you wake up to (ipod/radio/buzzer) by pressing "wake to". the front screen will show which one you choose.
and to activate it you press "alarm on/off". so for example, on the weekends you don't want it to go off just press it. and as soon as you turn it on again it will use the time you set it to previously.
the big long button is snooze, obviously.
ok well i hope i helped, i tried to break it down as simple as possible, but its very easy :)

me and my friend sydney have been best friends for a long time. She was going out with this kid for a few months but they never really hit it off.. theyre both sort of insecure. so they ended up breaking up, but they are still good friends, and she still has a crush on him. The problem is, that me and him talk everyday, and we've gotten to be really close (closer than my friend and him are) and we have both realized that we like each other, but dont know what to do, because neither of us want to hurt sydney. ive had this happen to me, but i ended up not even doing anything with him.
but in your situation.. first i would ask myself if hurting sydney or risking your friendship is worth being with a guy for who knows how long. and if you want to pursue your realtionship with him, the best thing to do is tell her how you feel about him, but in a light way. but also wait it out a little and see how much longer she has a crush on him. when you tell her, make sure shes ok with it, cause that last thing you want is your friend getting pissed while your with the other guy.
so give it a shot, and see how it goes

i had my first hook up 1 month ago.. i was also scared and so nervous like you. i thought i was going to be terrible, but my friend told me that guys dont really care (specially if they know its ur first time). but if you get the chance.. just follow your feelings.. youll know when its right, and all you have to do is enjoy it, and it comes natural.. i know everyone might tell you that but you have to trust me. have fun!
