So summers coming up and I really want to look good in my bathing suit. What are some tips so that I can lose some belly fat and feel confident this summer. Help! :)

Take away the fatty foods in your diet and eat more fruits and vegetables. Also try not to eat passed 830/9 pm because your stomach need to digest all the food from the day until you wake up the next morning.
Cardio is important. If you have a step master or an olyptical at home or at the gym, you should go on that for 20-45 min.
You also need to exercise your abs.
I've been getting into a good routine, and I find it a lot easier when you do it with a friend. So ask someone to do it with you!
