How to Get Rid Of Certain Parts Of Fat

So summers coming up and I really want to look good in my bathing suit. What are some tips so that I can lose some belly fat and feel confident this summer. Help! :)

stop eating. when you feel like you're gonna pass out, eat a cracker.
or throw up. just stick a toothbrush down your throat. its easier than you'd think and you WILL see results fast. i'm not just saying that.
or go on a diet and take a couple months to see results. choice is yours, my dear. <3

Well, it's really important to eat healthy, do cardio, and do simple exercises.

Take away the fatty foods in your diet and eat more fruits and vegetables. Also try not to eat passed 830/9 pm because your stomach need to digest all the food from the day until you wake up the next morning.

Cardio is important. If you have a step master or an olyptical at home or at the gym, you should go on that for 20-45 min.

You also need to exercise your abs.

I've been getting into a good routine, and I find it a lot easier when you do it with a friend. So ask someone to do it with you!
