My sweet 16 is coming up and my mother is finally going to let me get tips again.
I had normal fingernail tips around this time last year and i liked them alot, but I was wondering whats the difference between a permanint french set of fingernails and just normal acrilic tips? I know they cost alot more
Do you have to get them filled less often?
Is it still just an acrilic nail they glue on?
I know nothing about them so some fingernail help would be nice.

a normal tip is like a clear nail tip and a french tip is the white nail tip so when they glue is on its already white.

with the normal tip they usually just paint it or air brush the design u want and with the french it already looks like a french manicure so its just a clear coat of nail polish. the normal tip the paint or air brush can chip off but with the french tip it wont cause its on the nail and not painted white.

Heyy my boyfriends birthday is in september and i pretty much have it all planned out.

OK this may not make sence to you... but yea in islam ure not supposed to use a tampon unless your married cause you stick tampon in like you stick a ________ in. and its breaks your virginity even tho u really didnt have sex. I'm a teenage girl (raised catholic) who has been atheist/agnostic/unsure since the summer. I have encountered several recent events in my life that have lead me to believe that there really is a God after all. All of my friends are really strong christians- but I just don't think that God is real.

I don't know if Christianity is right- or even real... but I'm feeling compelled to recommit my life to Christ. What does that mean anyway? How can you "commit your life" to someone who isn't even real? Who IS Jesus? I mean this whole thing makes no sense. How can there be a God when there are so many other religions like islam and such? My prayers never came true as a Christian.

Oh, by the way- I hate going to church and i don't see the point in doing it. It never even brought me closer to this so-called God. To be a true Christian (not a poser) do you HAVE to attend mass? What if I just want to have my OWN faith? I also don't believe in Bible verses and stuff- like I don't think that the people in it were real. Why can't we just have faith in GOD and not all the crap that goes along with it?

K im not gonna tell you what faith to choose. Im islamic and islam is a religion about peace. Yes i believe in god. ALLAH= GOD. So when ppl say that muslims dont believe in God its not true just like christians we believe in god.
You cant just assume he is\or is not there. YOu have to have faith! God is watching you and hes there to help lead you in the right direction.
Have faith and believe. One of the bigest sins is not to believe that there is a god.

Soon i will be able to get a new phone and am not postive what phone i want for sure so i just wanted some thoughts and oppinons on these phones. I can either go with Verizon or Cingular.

IN my opinion I think you should either get the razr or the slvr ive never heard of chocolate but i think the pebl is cute phone. I have arazr and i like it but the slvr i think is a cool phone and has itunes on. i think if u get a razr from verizon i cant rmember if its that or like t-mobile they have them with itunes as well. Everyone has to start somewhere. Everyone at one point doesn't have expierence. All you nedd to do is go to places like Target, fastfoods, Grocery stores, maybe Longs, a Supercuts, Starbucks, cold stone, baskin robins, jama juice anywhere and just start filling out applications be honest on them. Someone will have to call you. Just dont give up. If it says good qualities or anything like that state that your good with people or something well i hope I helped.

Honestly it seems like hes just normal flirting with you. I know thats not what you really want to hear. But to me it seems like he just flirts with a bunch of people. I currently work in retail in a mall, I am 19 yrs old, my manager that is 26. There are a lot of things I am troubled about, I don't know how he feels about me.

I am the top sales associate at the store. One day, he told me if I sell $3000 worth of sales (which is IMPOSSIBLE in our store) in one day, he'll take me out for dinner. Later on, he changed the budget to $1500, which is EXTREMELY difficult still. He said he would take me to a very prestigeous/expensive restaurant, the 360 restaurant on top of the CN tower (I am from Toronto Canada by the way). In MY opinion, this is a place where all my friends in relationships go to on special occasions.

Well, an hour before the day ended, I was FAR from the $1500 budget, so he said he cant take me to dinner if i dont make the sales, he'll only take me to Diary Queen, and I made a very disapproving/disappointed *awwww* jokingly, then he said fine.... i'll take you to DQ and a good walk on the beach.

I ended up making $1500 that night!!!!! when he was checking my sales, he had his hand covering his mouth and kinda laughing. He looked nervous, scared, excited, (according to everyone else that was there).

we are going this weekend, first he tells me to dress glamourous!... later on, he said glamourous usually means romantic, flowers and all that, so he told me to dress *fun*.... then i asked *are you gonna get me flowers?!?!?!* jokingly of course. Then he said... *c'monnn christine*... so i told him im only joking..... but he ends up asking me what my fav flower is...

I am extremely confused about this situation. He is extremely good looking, and has a lot of *girl* friends.... but I dont THINK he takes them out to nice dinner like this.

Also at work, he offered to buy me a drink... but he said he *forgot*, but later on, he bought me a drink when we decided to go hang out with his friend and this other girl at work.

OH man!! that was long, thanks for reading it!!!!! Please lend me your opinion on my situation, I am very confused...

In my opinion he does like you... I mean why would he tell you he'll take you out to dinner. In my opinion it seems like he was trying to make that an excuse to take you out rather then being straight foward and just saying that he likes you and asking you out. But yea that what it seems like. And since you said they said he looked nervous EXCITED that kinda makes it seem like he was happy. You two are going this weekend. There is a pic of mine that I want uploaded on my advicenators page. I have resized it as small as it will go which is a 3 1/2 x 2 which is a wallet size and still I get the message: You tried to upload a picture, but it was greater than 15K in filesize so it wasn't uploaded.
What can I do to fix this?

What you need to go on is upload the picture on any image site like picturetrail.com or photobucket.com and then when you go to put your picture instead of putting on the upload a pic put the url in the other one right on top. This should work.
