My husband and I have been married now for 7 years. I have an 8 year old son from a previous relationship, whom he has legally adopted.

When my husband was a baby, he had kidney cancer and went through so much chemotherapy and radiation that he is unable to have his own children. (He is perfectly normal and healthy now)

We considered adoption, but my husband has already done that with my son. Plus, I really want to be pregnant.

I know that our only option is to use a donor. I was wondering if anyone out there has been through a similar situtation and could offer us some advice.

Where do we go? How much does it cost? How long does it take? What should we watch out for?

We have already talked to our doctor and he referred us to a place- I just want to know what's out there and talk to someone who has been through it.

i an a donor kid.
there is a sight called the donor sibling registry which is to help people find their sibs and donors and while that may not help you, go to "browse by clinic" and there is a list of all the clinics everywhere.

but you just want to talk. it really feels as if its both of your kid, my "dad" feels like my real dad, and we even look alike. it also cool meeting my other half sibs, i know two of them, but there are a ton out there.

try to get a donor with similar charectaristics to your husband---it helps.

Q: 13/f/8th grade. i have baby-sat my own brother and sister before, but that is basically it. i am going to start baby-sitting the kids on my street and in my neighborhood. any advice on how to start? like what do say to parents, what i should have them pay, what emergency numbers i should have, anything at all?

a) you can make a pamphlet with your name, number, and rate and put it peoples mailboxes.

b)try starting with 3.50/h and working your way up.

c) you should have the nubers of the parents cell or pager, the place they're going, the local police/fire department, and an emergency number or two that is chosen by the parents.

d)you should also have the address of the house you're at and an emergency address you can get to easily. they should be chosen by the parents.

i love the colors on you and the shape!
but, no stockings and 2 inch heel black strappy sandals. you can "tan lotion" just the lighter spots for an even tan or wear a black shrug or sweater.

umm i had it when i was like six.
i got many itchy white spots on my arms, lotion and neosporin helped, also ice or soaking in cold water.

Q: hey. so i feel akward asking about this, but my down there doesnt look 'healthy'. its dark and there are two flaps of skin that are just too long. sometimes it itches, but other then that, it just doesnt look right.

that is not harmful, it merely may cause discomfort later on

about 100-300 crunches a day will help. also a great one is to lie down flat on your back, and lift you arms and legs each about 2-4 inches off of the floor and hold this for ten seconds. do about 35-65 of these daily.

or spray on tan in a bottle (its kinda a lotion)

Q: Is there such a thing as waterproof eyeliner; and if so what kind is the best to buy? I know there's waterproof mascara, I use it all the time. But what about eyeliner, and even eyeshadow; if they have it, whats the best product to buy? Thanks forthe advice.

pretty much a lot of companies make waterproof eyeliner. I've yet to try them, but i have a ton of friends who all use different ones and LOVE them, so just pick one and give it a try because they all work.

Q: Last night i was sleeping and all of a sudden i felt this extreme pain in my calf..it subsided after a minute or so. My mom thinks this is a charlie horse. I wans't in any weird position or anything..and this happened the other night too..what could be the cause of it?
