Make sure there are enough people interested to start the group. Get with a teacher and ask if they wouldn't mind supervising/sponsoring. The debate sponsor at my school is the English teacher.

You can get a free phone, but it won't be a phone that is really popular. If you want a cooler phone when it's time for your upgrade, you can get it cheaper than usual.

Yes, there is always a possibility of getting pregnant; especially if it is unprotected. I'd wait about a week after your first missed period just to make sure the reading is accurate.

Girls can masturbate a couple of different ways. some just rub the outside (the area commonly known as the "clit"). Others put their fingers inside, and some put objects inside such as vibrators, dildos, etc. As for the porn part, I may not be much help. I don't watch porn but if you have it downloaded on your computer, you could rename it so that they won't think anything of it. Then watch while they're not home. The bumpiness is normal.

There's a lady I love, and I've know her for more than a year. Recently she broke up with her boyfriend who not one person liked, but she told nobody but me. Since then she spent a lot of time with me. So far our secret is still kept safe, but other people are seeming to get suspectful: the people who see us together.

Well I'd just like some people's opinions about this situation in general: does it sound OK? I don't understand why you're hiind a relationship with a person that you love. Love is a wonderful thing and it should never be hidden! Just tell you friend nicely that you two have been together kind of secretly and ask him to tone it down. He will probably be more embarassed than mad, but if you two are good friends it should all work out fine.

There is a possibility. Even if he didn't "cum all the way," the minute you two have intercourse, there's a chance it could happen. Since you took a test so soon, the reading could be wrong. Some tests work sooner than others. Wait about a week and if you still haven't started your period, take another test.

Missing a period does not mean you're pregnant. If you're young, your period is still being regulated. It's common to miss a period when you've first began having one. If you have had unprotected sex recently, then there is a possibilty that you may be pregnant. Wait about another week or two, and if you don't start, take a pregnancy test.

Like the person said before me, you can message on just about any phone. If you set your AIM to cell status in your options, the messages that you receive will be sent to your phone instead. All you have to pay is the fees for text messaging.

I am a 51 year old female. I worked out at the gym 5 days a week. 20-25 minutes anerobic excercise followed by 30-45 minutes of aerobic. I eat very healthy making most of my own meals and rarely go out to eat. I don't eat fast food at all. I had a hysterctormy in 1997 and I'm not on hormone therapy. I drink tons of water. I have only lost about 5 pounds since starting my workout regimen over a year ago. I am 5'5" and 190 lbs. I can press 400lbs with my legs, squat 200, back row 120, 130 on triceps, about 60-75 lbs on bicep curls. For my age and the amount of weight that I am lifting should I expect a greater weight loss or are my expectations too high?

Since you are lifting so much, your body is losing fat, but at the same time building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space. I think you're doing an excellent job from what I have read; you sound very healthy. Weight loss isn't about lifting weights. It's more about dieting and doing things like running and aerobics.

i have a HUGE problem with binging on food. i eat tons and tons at a time until i feel sick. how do i stop myself from doing this? i am trying to lose 10 pounds and could easily do it but this binging gets in the way..

Keep healthier snacks in the kitched. When you feel like "binging," grab one of the snacks and have it. They have the bags of cookies and oreos that are 100 calories per bag. They're for people on diets that still want to have a little junk food every now and then.

how long usually do you cough? and when you begin to cough up phelgm, how long usually before it all gets out of your system? i have had the cough since about monday and i started to cough up the stuff like today...thanks

If you ar asking about me personally, I don't cough often... (Knock on wood). I haven't ever had a bad enough cough to have fluids come up either. My cousin gets stuff in his lungs that he coughs up. He takes medicine and also uses a breathing treatment machine. Since it is getting into a colder season (around here at least), many sicknesses are going around. Just get some cough medicine and maybe it will clear up. If not, make an appointment with your doctor.

I would say a TV personality is someone that is good with conversations, that always knows what to say. A girl next door is like average. When someone says they're not the girl next door, they are meaning that they're a little different and out there.

I think that if you are unsure if you want to or not, it's best not to do it. When you lose your virginity, you should be very certain that it's the right time for you. You actually probably would regret it because you acted without being sure it was what you wanted to do. I don't know about guys judging you for now being a virgin as long as you aren't sleeping around with everyone.

Ok, a couple of weeks ago I found a cell phone on the parking lot of a store... and before you even say it, i did try to call its owner and friends of the owner but the phone had already been disconnected and owner just never answered so now i'm here with this phone...
Its a verizon phone, and my plan is t-mobile..... is there any way or anything i can do so that the verizon phone can become compatible with the t-mobile memory card?
Because i was looking online and saw a cingular phone that could be used with tmobile.. how?
so can it be possible for the other???

It may not be as simple as placing your SIM card into it. The phones are what they call "locked," which is why they don't always work with other phone service providers. If you call Verizon, they should have an unlock code and they can tell you step by step how to get the phone working for you.
