Yes. Now, its not that every guy likes every girl, however, guys are typically pretty bad at hiding these sorts of things, so, if you have enough evidence to post the question asking about it, chances are he likes you.

Now that I'm back, and have more experience with the subject, I am going to add an addendum. The advice is still accurate, however, it is important to point out that guys are different than girls. Firstly, there is no "friend zone". Because of this, a guy is perfectly capable of having both an attraction and feelings of friendship towards someone at the same time. If your male friend likes you, it does not mean he is simply pretending to be your friend in order to get into your pants. It means he wants to be your friend and also to get into your pants.
