Bend your elbow at a 90 degree angle and lift it up so that your elbow is pointing up in the air and your hand is where your back is. Push back gently with the free hand.
Bring your arm straight across your chest and tug gently backwards with the other hand.
Obliques:
Lay on your back, flat, and straight. And it's pretty simple...Pull on one side then the other.
After workout your buns:
Go into child's pose [Get on your hands and knees and slide your buns back so that it's resting on your legs with your arms straight in front of you]
Legs:
I'm sure you know leg stretches.
