I'm going to tell everyone out in Advic-en-atorLand a story today.
There once was a girl named Meghan. She didn't have a middle name. Only nobody knew it because they never talked to her. All the kids at Earl D. Taft Elementary School thought she was mean because she was shy.
4th grade started without much confusion. This other girl named Laura was in Mrs. Schotanus' class along with Meghan. Laura liked meeting new people and didn't like to see people sad. She saw Meghan sitting alone and thought, aww she looks lonely I'm going to say hi! The conversation went something like this:
Laura[bravely]: "Hi! I'm Laura." *smiles*
Meghan: [not scared away by random girl with really curly hair smiling at her]: "Hi! I'm Meghan." *smiles*
After this, Meghan invited Laura to her birthday party and since then they were the best of friends. We've since realized that Meg isn't shy once she gets to know you and actually likes to talk a lot.
And if she stops talking and just stares at you a lot, it's really creepy.
Sometimes, she stutters and Luke and Laura make fun of her.
It's fun because Meg and Luke make fun of Laura a lot and call her a man.
Now all Meg and Laura need is something they can use to make fun of Lucas with.

One day not so long ago, Meg, Chris, and Laura were helping to move the food pantry to a new location down the street. They were all earning service hours they didn't actually need.
Meg and Laura realized that there were a lot of stray, homeless cans left over in the other room. So they got a box about the size of an ottoman and filled it to the brim with Spaghetti Sauce, evaporated milk, chili, and canned vegetables.
They then came to the stunning realization that this box would actually have to be lifted and brought out to the van.
C.J.B. TO THE RESCUE!!!!!
He was a lot stronger than Laura and Meg ever gave him credit for being and carried the box outside, despite it weighing more than he did.
Once they got to the new building the box broke and the cans went everywhere. So they all got a bunch of little boxes and carried them all to the new food pantry.
Then Chris got pinned against a wall with a large metal rack the size of a closet and Laura ran into a coatrack and almost made a hole in her face.
Oh yeah. And the men's room has cuter fake flowers than the ladies', so God doesn't love us as much, apparently.
