My Mother's Addiction
Hello,
I refer to advicenators every now and then because I think you guys have great advice on pretty much everything.
So my mom, I do not really know if ANYBODY in the world would do such thing, but she goes around the neighborhood and begs, yes BEGS people and cries for borrowing money she can't pay back, so she can go and spend it on buying clothes and lots of shoes. She now has 4 huge closets full of clothings... It's too sad seeing my dad drink every single night for 20 damn years ... (he's become an alcoholic) and might just leave her and us all and say screw this I'm out. Because my father has achieved so much in his life to give me and my sister the best and Believe me when I say this the BEST life possible. Amazing house, amazing highschool eduction and tasty food every single day. BUT my mom .... she literally breaks him apart every time she does that... ruining his reputation and our entire family's reputation as well as making herself a begger for money just so she can go on and buy some stupid clothes and shoes she wants...
My dad and I discussed this for the last entire year and thought of NOTHING as a possible solution...
she has been like this for 20years .... ever since I was born (i'm 20yrs old)
I never got to enjoy mother's day not a single bit. For the last 2 years (since only 2years my dad finally told me about what's going on in the family)
We live in the middle east and here we're in the third world ... we have no psychologists and you know in the middle east(third world) we have a VERY strict society .. people resort to the "church" for help which is useless .. i personally do not believe in any of that crap they sell because none of that "jesus" fairy tales has ever done anything to anybody.
Thank you SO SO much for taking the time and reading my concerns...
I know there are always people out there who have it worse than I do..
Thanks for anybody who suggests any solution to this.
