I'm 19 years old going on 20 this year and a sophomore, will be junior next year which means I'm on my 2nd-3rd year of college. I'm currently an English major but haven't declared concentration on either programs from my college; Literature or Linguistics. I've been thinking for a few months now of changing majors. However I like both the Biology and Geology programs a lot. I have to take Precalculus I and II plus Chem I and II if I go for Geology, or the same maths with BIOL I and II if I want Biology. I thought maybe I could change to Biology and then do a double major in Geology but as I'm already going for my third year I'm not sure its plausible to finish in 4-6 years (6 years is the limit I put to myself in my BA/BS). Should I go for it or just stay in English and double major in one of them? If so, which one would be better?
