Hi there! Coconut oil is reckoned to be incredibly good for hair condition, Good for hair and scalp and gives a smooth and glossy looks, so good call. I haven't heard of the brand, but the price is a reasonable indicator. Pure, high-quality coconut products carry a fairly stiff price tag as a rule. If this one is pretty much available at a lot of places at a real bargain-basement price you have to wonder about it's pedigree and credentials, and so you might want to look out for something of a higher quality, albeit at a higher price. There aren't many undiscovered bargains out there I'm afraid. It's probably going to cost less than some of the professional salon branded conditioners. Which may contain no end of synthetic/chemical ingredients. Not suggesting for a minute that they'll actually harm your hair. The makers have big reputations to consider before they put anything out there on sale. But the cocnut oil sounds a great, natural choice. It's known to be great for hair and certainly cannot damage it. So if this brand looks/is packaged like a quality product, the spec reads like one and confirms it's ingredients etc, and it's priced about where you'd expect it, give it a try. Walking is good for just about everything. Muscle-tone, fitness, respiration, oxidation, heart etc etc!! If you're walking a lot every day then you are gonna be fit! And healthy. Walking helps with hormonal balance and so it's going to help your hair certainly. Hormones out of balance can lead to a greasy skin and acne. And, specific to our chat, lank, dull and lifeless looking hair. It can be especially so in early teens/around puberty. So yes, walking is a sure winner. I'm certain if you did NOT walk every day and had very low-energy/lazy habits you'd not be the shape you're in. Also, the hormonal imbalance kicks in again in later life, at menopause. This time its the ageing process that does the damage. Then hair can go thin and brittle and lose condition. And again walking combats the hormonal ageing effects. Guess that's not gonna be a problem for you for a long while yet?? But, in summary, walking's good, so keep moving. A reasonably brisk pace is best. So you can feel a little warmth and just a slight tingle in your thigh/calf. Nice chatting to you. Boy! You're gonna have some glorious looking hair if you embrace all this stuff and put it into action! ]
