Does he like me and how to flirt or what to say?

This guy I know came up to me and my friends at lunch the other day and had to pretend to sell us an instrument i think as a dare from a friend. Then a few days later, we were at a football game and he pretended to dump soda on us. I don't know why he does this stuff but I think he is cute and I like him. Does he like me? if so, any flirting advice, like what i should say to him?

Ask him. Simpily walk up to him, and askhim if he like you. Be surprise if he say yes.
