People Passing me Questions

Question Posted Wednesday July 2 2014, 6:23 pm

I have been with you all for probably over 5 years and I have never received so many questions as I have been over the last couple of months. I rarely come on the site, there is no attention being brought to be, so there is no reason why people would be specifically asking me questions almost every day. This leads me to believe that you all have made some change where people can pass me questions they don't want to answer. I DO NOT want to be a part of this. I have asked you all to remove me from it before and I have not been removed. I have no problem if a guest on the site specifically asks ME a question that relates to the types of questions I answer, but just any old question being passed to whomever and it happens to be me, it's getting obnoxious. Is there a way to opt out of this question passing thing without having to prevent people who Actually have a question for ME from asking? If not, then I would rather not take any questions. Please let me know if I need to provide you with any account info to make the necessary changes. Thank you.

Hi there,

If you aren't interested in answering questions that are passed to you, you can go into your profile settings and turn off inbox questions altogether. You are the only person to say anything negative about the added ability to keep questions from going unanswered, so far at least.

Most people have been grateful for the increased number of questions to answer, sorry you aren't one of them.

Thank you.
