Just cause you want a bruise doesn't mean to falsely accuse someone How do you know that that person wasn't asking about giving themselves a bruise because they want to self harm? You aren't good at reading between the lines, you can't tell the intention of someone who asks a question on the internet. That person vaguely said why they wanted to give them self a bruise and said it was important. Maybe it was important because they felt they wanted to harm them self but wasn't sure how to get a bruise. People who want to self harm ask how to cut themselves without it hurting to much or how to burn themselves. I'm not making the assumption that's what they wanted, but you can't make the assumption that they want to falsely accuse someone of physically bullying them. Don't act like you know it all and try to spread justice around.

People who want a bruise - could be to accuse their partner/sibling/parents of hitting them to get out of a situation. Wrong way about it.
People who ask about cutting themselves... its gonna f******* hurt. What a silly question.
Attention seeking people I think. ]
