i was told my boyfriend had a vasectomy now i am pregnant.
I am trying to figure out what to do I want to press charges against him my life is on the line I have two little girls to worry about he told me he had a vasectomy and now I am pregnant and in order for me to get a abortion I have to have a surgeon present in case I bleed to death I want him to pay for lying I had no proof shown to me at all I have heart failure and a history of blood clots I can't have anymore kids I told him this.

I'm not a lawyer even though I'm not without your boyfriend admitting that he told you that he had a vasectomy I don't see you having much of a case. You would have to prove that your boyfriend told you he had a vasectomy and was lying in order to take him to court and get damages.
You really need to sleep with a lawyer and see just where you stand from a legal standpoint. I have heard of instances where vasectomy has self corrected so to speak without the knowledge of the person who has a vasectomy how true this is I don't know you have to talk to a doctor
