How do you manage the programs that startup on Windows 7?
I am talking about programs that start with windows 7 when it starts.

To change your startup programs, hit the start button, and in the search field type "msconfig.exe" (without the quotation marks)and press enter.
From there, go to the Startup tab, and you can select from the programs there.
