The only pill I can think of that is for cramps but not for being sexually active is Midol (or other painkillers) but that's generally not what people are talking about when they say "the pill." Birth control pills are primarily for birth control, and while plenty of women who aren't sexually active take them for the other benefits, there is no special pill for those that aren't sexually active. It wouldn't really be possible anyway, since birth control pills are primarily composed of just two hormones which both relieve cramps and prevent pregnancy.
