How will I know a holy man or woman when I see them?

Knowing the rules and having a good memory for Sutras or hymms or comandments or what ever doesnt make a person holy. What does? How can I find someone that is wise?

You'll know them in how they treat people who are 'below' them, or how they treat people whom they have authority over. They will treat them kindly, generously, lovingly.
