I'm 15 years old and really need advice about a guy ... I kne him for a whole and on New Years we went out it lasted about 9 days and I don't know why he broke up with me , he said we are better of friends , but something in my heart says no . I don't know wether to be mad or just be his friend .. Advice please

I think you should go talk to him and see why he really broke up with you. If you really like him i suggest you go tell him that you still have feelings for him. Don't be mad at him just because he broke up with you and said you're better of as friends, there had to be a reason behind it. Once you do figure out what's going on in his mind, then you can decide whether to be his friend or ignore him and be mad.
