What's the right weight?

Question Posted Tuesday February 26 2013, 9:59 am

My friend is 12 and 5 foot 1. She weighs 91 pounds and she thinks she's heavy. Is she underweight, average weight, or underweight? I'm not sure because I'm a year older than her.

Honestly, it sounds as though she is underweight. Here's a site that may give you a better idea of what she should be weighing right now, according to height. But there are also other factors that go into what one should weigh. She has time to grow yet. Considering she is only 12 years old, she may be the weight she needs to be, but there's no telling honestly, because I'm no doctor.

Here's a site that gives you the ideal weight one should be near or around, just fill out the information, and get the area of weight she should be at etc blah ;p
