Or is it puberty and all the things that go along with having your period? Cause that's two separate things. Maybe you didn't word the question right? But if you did you can't force having your period once your body is developmentally ready for it it will come until then be thankful you don't have to indulge in 7 days of pain and hoping that the blood flow isn't heavy that it will leak through your pad/tampon and get on your clothes. But as for the second part that is completely your choice if you want to then go for it. You don't have to hit puberty in order to reach an orgasm therefore masturbating is perfectly fine. obtaining an arousal can actually happen at any age. But anyways for now enjoy being young and period-less.(this is assuming you are young) [ texasaggieprincess's advice column | Ask texasaggieprincess A Question ]

Your period will come when it comes, I'm afraid-its 100% down to mother nature. That is, presuming you've not already started? It tends to come within a year of developing the pubic hair.
Presuming you are as young as 13/14, its illegal to buy or watch any sexual films/over 18 videos on youtube, and I'd hope no one on here would tell you where to look for that kind of stuff anyway.
If you feel the need to masturbate, you may have a high libido for your age. Consider eating fats and carbohydrates. I'm NOT a doctor but this does lower your libido, so may make your urge less.
