Through my life I have learned many lessons in love. Two of which come to mind with this question.
1. What goes unsaid also goes unheard. If you don't speak up, they will never even stop to wonder "what if"
2. You can't help who you are attracted to. It's hardwired into your brain. If you are same sex attracted, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Don't ever let anyone tell you differently. You liking girls is the exact same thing as me liking Spanish girls. It's just what I like. I can't change it. Niether can you.
I do caution you though. If you speak up to her and put it out there that you like her and you are gay/bi. You could potentially be targeted for harassment and ridicule. You may be made fun of.
On the other hand, living your life and hiding who you are is a miserable way to live and it will eat at you. If you think you are strong enough to handle it, let the world know and be proud! You will then know exactly who your friends really are and who truly likes you for you and not who you had to pretend to be.
