Didn't get period, am I pregnant?

Last month I got my period 3-4 days late and after that I did not have any sexual contact with my husband because he is working out of state. So this means I might not be pregnant so why am I late on my perid. Exactly one week late. Please help me

You may be pregnant, you may not be. There is no way to know for sure unless you take a test or two. Some pregnancies you don't even get symptoms. Missing your period could also mean something else is wrong. So my first suggestion, take a pregnancy test, and if it turns up negative, my second suggestion is to set up an appointment with your doctor/obgyn to ensure that you are healthy.
