Why wont it work? Why wont this acne go away?
I am 13 and I have acne. I wash my face in the morning and before I go to bed at night with soap and water. I take care during the day not to touch my face so I wont get oils from my hands on it. But no matter what I do, it wont go away! What do I do?

What you need to do is see your doctor. There are a range of tablets/creams/both that they can give you, to help ease your problem. Its such a common complaint at the doctors too-they no what they're doing!
Usually when acne is taken for medication the results are clear to see after a minimum of six months usage, so the key is persistance. And in any case, it dies down towards the end of your teenage years anyway
