Can someone help me to stop spotting after my periods?
I am 13 and a playful girl.I have my periods since I was 12 and they are quite regular.My periods came on 24th of this month as usual.My periods last for 8 to 9 days and after the 6th day of my period,I started spotting which lasts for 3 days.I am going to my uncles house on this friday(and there will be all my cousins)and I play with them alot.I am still spotting and the day after tomorrow,I am going to my uncles house.Please help me and give me easy home remedies to stop my spotting.

There aren't any home remedies for spotting. I am a little concerned that your periods last so long. It might be a good idea to see a doctor and tell him/her what you are experiencing. A doctor is the only one who may be able to help.
