i have been spotting and bleeding for 3 weeks now or more it the first time it happen and i bit sick in the morning

There could be a few reasons this is happening. There could be something wrong with your uterus, causing the non-stop spotting, or you could even be pregnant. I would suggest, for a more accurate diagnosis, to speak with your doctor and have him/her run a few tests on you to see what it could actually be.
