Okay so I've been in a relationship for a while now and well we haven't made out yet... I think it could be because my sister had "the talk" with him and he's to scared in case my sister finds out "/ please help me!

I'm glad you asked this question. You know, it's okay if you make the first move. Relationships DON'T/SHOULDN'T depend on the guy making all the first moves and the decisions. That's not an equal partnership in my opinion. If you want the both of you to kiss, then kiss him!

if you been dating with him and you haven't made out. don't ask people this question ask him. if he's your boyfriend you should feel comfortable to ask this question don't be embarrassed if anything he should be embarrassed. ask him. because the only person who will know the right answer will be him.
