Cramps... I'm at school, and I just received my period. What can I do with no medication?

I'm at school, and I just received my period. Is there a way to ease them, I have no medication of any sort available to me.

Do you have a friend who has already started her period? You might ask her for something, or ask to see the nurse, who will be able to help also.
