I started birth control the end of September. I was bleeding a lot in October because i missed like two days in the middle of the month. October 31st i Missed That Day Of Birthcontrol and had sex with my boyfriend. The next day i took my birthcontrol at night like i usually do. Because i was on birthcontrol the only time I'd bleed is if i missed a day or two of birthcontrol and i did at the beginning of November. I bled for like 3 days but it was nothing like a period? I haven't bled since. I just wanna know if its a possibility that i could be pregnant? I heard missing one day of birthcontrol is a higher chance of getting pregnant? And i wanna know when i could take a test?

And with birth control pills, after a few months, your periods can end up being much lighter and barely noticeable. While I was on my bcps, after like..2-3 months, my periods were regular, and very short lived, lasting no more than 2-3 days. Sometimes only 1 day. Anyway, as for being pregnant, I would suggest wait until your next expected period, should it not come, take a test a week after. If it should turn up negative, take another a few days later. Just to be sure. If you want a more accurate, quicker result, speak with your family doctor and ask for an hcg test. Sometimes they take blood, sometimes they take urine. It all depends.
