I don't know witch I should use first! Help.
Ok so I am close to having my very first period. I am 11 and I don't know what I should use first: pads or tampons. I know that this might be a stupid question but I need to know. Any advice would help. Thanks to anyone who can answer this!

Use pads first! Tampons can be intimidating for first timers so stick with pads for the first couple times.

youu should use pads first ...tampons take a while to get used to ....
the first time you get your period use a regular pad ....then if you see your gunna have heavy periods i recommend the Always Night Pads ...they are long and helpful !
when im on my period i usually wear spandax under my jeans cuz it makes me feel tight ...if i wear sweats the pad might move !
