what does it mean when a guy randomly says he datting a girl i know?
one day as i was walking down the hallway in school,some guy i never met joins me along with
a few others.he then tells me he's dating a girl i know,and the others with him say yeah yeah he
is,but from what i know about her she always hangs out with her friend girl,at lunch and outside everyday in school.also whenever i see her and give her a hi five and say hey,she would do the same in a kinda shy way towards me.she talks but not with many people.also she would only talk with others if they start the conversation first,in addition,i never see them together.so i kinda found odd that this guy would come up to me telling me this,its almost like he felt he had to but i don't know why.

Or he might know that she likes you,but he likes her,and doesn't want her with you.
