Do you think he likes me or is he just messing with me?
There's this guy who's my brother's friend and I really like him. He's 17 and I'm 16 and he's always staring at me. Whenever he's over, he starts a conversation with me. Last time he was like, "I saw you the other day. I had to turn around because of your beauty." And omg my heart basically melted lol. He also stole my number from my brother's phone and I did the same with his, haha. Sometimes he texts me things like, "We should totally get together and watch a movie ;)" or "I'm having a party at 6. You can come early if you want ;)" And yesterday, I accidentally called him and he texted me, "I saw that you called..Did you chicken out and hang up? Haha" and I was like "Haha no, that was an accident sorry." and he was like,"Ah, got my hopes up :(" and I was like, "was that a joke" and he was like, "Haha oh Rachel.." Anyways, do you think he likes me? I feel like he might just be messing with me because whenever he says we should go to Starbucks or the movies or something, we never do.

he probably likes you, but you want to make sure that hes not blowing you off for some other girl. you should ask him if he just wants to mess around with you or if he wants something more serios.

It seems to me that he likes you, but may be a bit shy about moving forward with it. The next time he mentions spending time alone with you, or suggests a date, ask him when. If he likes you he will pick a day and time.
