just because you precumed in your girlfriend doesn't mean she's pregnant, but there could be a possibility. Look for signs such as frequent peeing, late menstral cycle(period) severe mood swings and a few others. If these side effects do occur I'd suggest buying her a pregnancy test. Since you two don't use condoms I'd also suggest her investing in some birth control. There are many different kinds of birth control. There are pills, needles and iud's.

It amazes me sometimes how people can have have sex without the proper education. Yes, precum can contain enough sperm to get someone pregnant. Why are you not using condoms?
