Starting birth control again

Question Posted Wednesday September 12 2012, 9:10 pm

I've been taking birth control for 9 years. I came off the pill last month, just before u was due for my period. I am due for my period and haven't started yet, but am supposed to start the pill again. Do I wait til I get my period to start or do I just stry when I normally would had I gotten my period?

I would start right away. It takes about a week for birth control pills so clear out of the body system. as well it takes a week to get it fully active again if your planning to do it.
