I do a signature at the end of my gmail...but you have to click on the 3 dots to see it...my friend has a signature that shows up RIGHT AT THE END of his message so you don't have to click on anything. How do I get my signature to do that?
Additional info, added Tuesday August 28 2012, 12:51 pm: Ok. I figured out what he is doing...but here's what the difference is. When he uses his phone to send an email, his signature is still at the end of the email and mine is not, so the question is, how do I make sure my signature shows up in emails sent from my phone like the emails sent from my comp, Thanks.. Click the Settings gear in your Gmail toolbar.
Select Settings from the menu that will have appeared.
Go to General.
Make sure the desired account is selected under Signature:.
Type the desired signature in the text field.
It's best to keep your signature to about five lines of text.
You don't have to include the signature delimiter. Gmail inserts it automatically.
To add formatting or an image, use the formatting bar.
If you cannot see the formatting bar, start a new message using rich-text formatting.
Click Save Changes.
