The paint program on your computer, assuming you use windows, but who doesn't now a days right? But on Microsoft paint, you can make your picture and save it as a png, jpg, gif, tiff, or bmp. It's free, since it's already on your computer, it's simple that even my little girl uses it for fun, and it saves the files in whatever format you wish. Hope that this was helpful.
